Use of this website
Product information describes general capabilities. Availability, payload compatibility and performance depend on configuration and operating conditions. Binding specifications and supply terms are agreed in the relevant quotation or contract.
Intellectual property
Website texts, branding, photographs and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Downloadable brochures may be saved and shared in their unmodified form for information purposes, retaining attribution. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires the relevant permission.

Links to external websites are provided for information. Their operators are responsible for their content and privacy practices. Nothing in this notice limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02 / PRIVACY NOTICE
Your enquiry. Your information.
This notice concerns personal data processed through this website under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The controller is the company identified in the legal notice above.
What we collect and why
The contact form requests your name, organisation, work email and area of interest. You may also provide a message. We use these details to answer your enquiry, discuss the relevant configuration and arrange a demonstration. Required fields are necessary to submit the form; the message is optional. Please do not include classified information, sensitive operational details or personal data about other people.
Legal basis
Processing of your enquiry is based on the consent you give through the unticked form checkbox (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting processing already lawfully carried out. Submission does not enrol you in newsletters or unrelated marketing.
Technical request data, such as IP addresses and error logs, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the website, on the basis of the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and reliable service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Brochure downloads
The current brochure is available as a direct download. You do not need to submit the contact form or agree to marketing to download it. Technical access logs may be generated by the hosting infrastructure.
Service providers and recipients
Enquiries are intended for authorised Seabots staff handling your request. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Form delivery is configured through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) and the corporate email service. Hosting, security and email providers may process request data to provide these services. We do not sell form data.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Resend and Cloudflare publish data processing terms providing for international transfer safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where applicable. See the Resend data processing terms and Cloudflare data processing terms. Contact us at the address above for information about the safeguards applicable to your data or to request a copy.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to answer your request and complete the related follow-up. The retention period depends on whether your enquiry remains active, results in a commercial relationship or is needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve claims. When consent is withdrawn, processing based on that consent stops; records required for legal obligations or claims may be retained with restricted access. Technical logs are retained according to the security and troubleshooting purpose they serve and the relevant provider settings. Contact us for details about the retention applicable to your request.
Your rights and how to contact us
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent. Contact the privacy email or postal address in the legal notice, identifying your request. Additional identity information will only be requested where necessary to verify your identity.
We will respond within one month, subject to the extensions permitted by the GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
Automated decisions
The contact form does not make automated decisions or profile you. Requests are handled by people.
